Coextrusion adapter
The patented Reicofeed system offers maximum flexibility regarding various layer properties for the extrusion of advanced multi-layered composites.
Reicofeed-coextrusion adapters are available for the extrusion of 2 - 9 layered composites.
The dimensions of single layered film can be adjusted during operation by means of a slider system.
Individually adjustable, multiple slider sets allow the melt channel geometry to be adjusted during operation to accommodate various raw materials.
The manufacture of different layered composites is made possible by quick-change adapter cassettes. Inline edge encapsulation means that raw material costs are reduced and edge trimmings are largely of one sort.
