Blown film die-heads
The newly developed blown film die-heads made by Reifenhäuser cater for all needs in the realm of 1 - 7 layer films. Die-heads with diameters between 150 - 2 200 mm are available
Spiral mandrel die-heads are used for the extrusion of 1 - 5 layer films. Stack dies are used for 5 - 7 layer barrier films and offer excellent film tolerances, quick product changeover times during production, and a broad range of applications for barrier films in the 25 - 300 µm range.
Stationary die-heads are primarily used nowadays, but reversible and rotating film blowing die-heads are available for special applications.
