Thermoforming sheet extrusion
Reifenhäuser thermoforming sheet die-heads are used for the extrusion of sheets with 1 - 9 layers with thicknesses in a range of 0.15 - 2.5 mm.
The main application areas are the extrusion of thermoforming sheets for:
Food packaging
Office films
Blister packaging
EPS trays
EPP trays
All conventional raw materials are used during the manufacturing, including:
PP, PS,HI - PS, PET – A, PET - C, EVOH, EPS, EPP
All thermoforming sheet die-heads are set up for extrusion of multi-layered films; die inlets and melt distribution are set up to use coex adapters (Reicofeed system).
