Calculation and design
Software to design and simulate can be purchased, but achieving the best possible results requires more than that.
A team of experienced colleagues, use of cutting edge software for design and simulation and extensive tests in the in house laboratory guarantee an extrusion die head that is optimised for its specific
application.
Production
Highly specialised employees can manufacture extrusion die-heads for various applications with widths of up to 6 m and diameters of up to 2 000 mm using state of the art milling centres with 4 or 5 axles.

Along with a process-oriented organisation, a continuous CAD/CAM chain guarantees short production processes, flat hierarchies, low throughput times and cost effective
manufacturing.
Service on site
In addition to assembly, dismantling and cleaning, our expert team also carry out measurements and inspections as well as repairs on site.
The on site service also includes training for system operators and maintenance personnel.
Rework
The Reifenhäuser Rework program involves renewing extrusion die-heads after they have been in operation for a long time; die-heads can also be modified and upgraded as an alternative to buying new ones.
This also allows extrusion die-heads to be adapted to new product requirements.
