| Additional Managing Director at Reifenhäuser Extrusion |

As from June 1, 2010, Dr. Jochen Hennes was appointed co-managing director of Reifenhäuser Extrusion GmbH & Co. KG, Troisdorf, alongside Klaus and Bernd Reifenhäuser. In this capacity, Dr. Hennes assumes the responsibility for the Business Unit Cast Film.
Reifenhäuser Group, the worldwide largest manufacturer of extrusion machinery, disposes with its Business Unit Cast Film of an internationally renowned expert company in the extrusion of cast film and thermoforming sheet. Reifenhäuser Extrusion, a member of the Troisdorf-based Reifenhäuser group of companies, has succeeded in growing into the technology leader with a broadly diversified customer structure.
The reinforcement of the top management of Reifenhäuser Extrusion was a logical consequence of the expansion of the company marked by high investments.
Reifenhäuser Extrusion has been fortunate in obtaining the services of Dr. Hennes, a recognized expert in the development of film extrusion lines and components. His focus will be on the continuation and further expansion of the technological development and hence the strengthening of the company's leading market position. Dr. Hennes can draw on more than fourteen years of experience in the plastics processing industry, mostly in the mechanical engineering industry. After completing his doctorate at IKV (Institute of Plastics Processing) in Aachen, he held various leading positions with Kiefel Extrusion GmbH in Worms.
After the economic downturn in the past year of crisis could be overcome, the complete Reifenhäuser Group was able to present very pleasing business results and an order income at the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2010 that was almost on a pre-crisis level.
Therefore, the managing directors of Reifenhäuser GmbH & Co. KG Maschinenfabrik, Ulrich, Bernd and Klaus Reifenhäuser are optimistic about the next business year, not at least thanks to a strong group structure, new technical developments and the highlight of the industry, the K 2010 show in Düsseldorf.
