Walter Helitronic Power CNC tool grinding machine

5-axis CNC tool grinding machine equipped with Walter HMC-600 control system and fully automatic loading unit. The spindle head is provided with two spindle noses carrying up to 8 grinding discs for complete machining of tools with complex geometries.

Tools of the most different kinds are being manufactured in our grinding shop. The tool data can be made available to us in the form of drawings, samples, used or destroyed tools. Upon request, the tools can be coated and supplied with measuring reports.
