| In the LAMICOR extrusion coating field, Reifenhäuser offers variable line concepts and mature processes. Here, as in all other fields, the core component is of course the extrusion section with coextrusion technology and coating die-head. The laminating unit and winding systems have been designed according to the requirements and meet the highest quality standards. Automation components and sensible additional equipment ensure that the lines are highly economical. |

3 Pretreatment I / thickness measurement I / temperature control
| The pretreatment is product-specific, depending on the substrate, to improve the adhesion. The substrate is electrostatically pretreated by means of a corona treatment. |

4 Laminator system
|
Reifenhäuser implements a laminator roll with embossing roll and support roll, which has proven to be optimal for various coating tasks. In the roll nip between the laminator roll and the embossing roll, the melt web and material web (substrate) are strongly joined by means of temperature and pressure.

5 Thickness measurement II / pretreatment II option
| The thickness measurement II device records the total thickness of the composite. The pretreatment II unit is necessary for another inline process (for example printing, double-sided coating). |

6 Winder
Winding is product-specific (diameter max. 1500 mm).
The Reifenhäuser SFA II contact film winder with center drive has proven itself for use with roll diameters up to max. 1000 mm. |

7 Automation
| Reifenhäuser uses the most modern bus systems. The REIcontrol automation system, with its comfortable handling, ensures continuous monitoring of all line functions and product parameters. |
