Reversing bar system with contactless Reicofly-Mikropore® guide rolls
Reicofly®
Reifenhäuser provides the gentlest solution for reversing films with high optical requirements or extremely dull and adhesive surfaces. The film reversion process is entirely contactless , with Reicofly-Mikropore® - in other words microporous guide rolls, which are operated with compressed air without an additional blower. This design makes it possible to achieve high-quality, that is randomized and
films transported to the winder wrinkle-free.
Reicotherm tolerance control system

Reifenhäuser has developed the Reicotherm tolerance control system for uniform, high-quality film manufacturing with minimal use of raw material. This system reduces the process-related thickness deviations in the cross-section of the film and continuously regulates the tolerances.
