Single-screw extruder
The single-screw extruder is
suitable for all raw materials
that are available in pellet
form, for example polyamide,
soft PVC, HD-PE, PP, etc.

Bitruder
The Bitruder, with its
counter-rotating twin-screw, is
especially suitable for hard PVC
in powder or pellet form.

Reitruder
The Reitruder with
co-rotating twin-screw is
suitable for manufacturing
highly filled profiles. The
special advantage: The
intermediate step normally
required for manufacturing a
compound is not needed. Only the
Reitruder makes it possible to
add fill materials, flame
retardants etc. at various
locations in the machine. These
materials are then homogeneously
mixed into the raw material.
Through the use of chemical or
physical foaming processes
employing foaming agents,
profiles with very low weights
can be manufactured.
