Single-screw extruder
The single-screw extruder is
suitable for all raw materials
that are available in pellet
form, for example polyamide,
HD-PE, PP, etc. A new
development is special screws
that allow various raw materials
to be processed at low melt
temperatures and high output,
with only one screw.

Reitruder
A new development in
extrusion technology is the
possibility to use the Reitruder
for processing PET virgin
material or bottle flakes, to
eliminate the costly,
time-consuming drying process.
In this procedure, water is
withdrawn by means of a special
screw geometry in combination
with a high-power vacuum pump.
