Production Controlling Manager
It all started with a practical placement at Reifenhäuser within the framework of my studies. This phase of mutual acquainting and discovery opened the door for a joint future.
Completion of the practical placement and graduate thesis was followed by the first career steps.
Initially I was involved in project work for introducing a PPS. Today I am responsible for production controlling in one of our production areas.
My experiences as a woman in machinery manufacture have only been positive. I would like to advertise this fact, to encourage everyone who is playing with the idea to get active in this field. And if you like the smell of oil and metal, your path is open to a career start in machinery manufacture.
I largely work from my home office. As mother of two small boys, I have to combine career and family. To facilitate this, we implemented the solution of a tele-job.
My work relationship is characterised by trust, flexible work hours, increased efficiency, and a high level of freedom and availability.
What it requires:
Dedication and identification with the company are in my opinion the factors that guarantee success in a career at Reifenhäuser.
Parallel to all the know-how that is decisive for our career development, personal interaction plays a vital part.
A decisive factor in this context is the ability to enthuse the colleagues for changes and new methods and to allow them active participation in the planning and implementation.
Only if I can enthuse and convince my colleagues, can we continue to develop within the company and thus contribute to securing the continuing existence of the company and our jobs.
