Promotion of the individual
At Reifenhäuser, personnel development is not a "ready-made" concept. Instead, we focus our endeavours on individual needs and various development phases. We work from the assumption that the executives and employees are
responsible for their own personal and professional development. Each year, the current performance assessment and commitment, and the possible future steps, are discussed in a meeting between executive and employee. Our multitude of individual development measures range from training courses and seminars to cooperation in company-wide interdisciplinary
